Galvanized steel pallets are made by welding galvanized steel plates; Or it can be a steel tray made by welding ordinary steel plates and then galvanizing their surface. Galvanized steel pallets have strong resistance to low temperatures and moisture. Especially suitable for cold chain environments in cold storage.
The main difference between this type of tray and ordinary steel tray is their different rust prevention capabilities. Ordinary steel pallets need to be sprayed or painted on their surface to achieve rust prevention effect (our company generally uses electrostatic powder spraying, which has good powder adhesion ability. The surface of the sprayed steel pallets is flat and glossy, meeting the needs of environmental control in Nanjing); Galvanized steel pallets, on the other hand, do not need to go through the process of spraying or painting and directly have anti rust performance.
