Four Way Smart Shuttle High Density Pallet Storage ASRS Shuttle Racking System is an upgraded version of an intelligent compact storage system for a stacker crane operated ASRS warehouse system. It is controlled by computer system, and the goods can be placed in the designated location by means of horizontal and vertical movement of a 4 way shuttle device. The elevator can move goods to higher level locations and change levels of 4 way-shuttle. The logistics docking between internal and external is carried out through a conveying system.
This system can realize the flexibility of storage and efficiency. The storage depth can be freely divided according to the needs, the storage efficiency can be changed by the number of equipment, and the amount of fixed equipment can also achieve flexible changes in efficiency with the change of scheduling.
